Foundry Forging & Welding Lab

The course foundry forging & welding technology, which is one of its own kind, helps a student to gain knowledge and expertise in diverse areas such as sand technology, tooling and methoding, casting parameter of ferrous & non-ferrous metals, modern casting process in the field of foundry. In forge technology the students are exposed to die design, forging parameter of ferrous & non-ferrous metals and recent developments in forging etc.

Welding Technology focuses on hands-on laboratory experience in welding processes, metallurgy, mechanical testing, inspection, and fabrication of weldments.
