This event aims to bring out the traits of a good manager. The intention of this event is to find out how well the participant exhibits and demonstrates his soft skills, knowledge and talents which are required of a good manager. The event also puts the participant under various scenarios, especially in pressurized situations, to find out how well the participant tackles it and finds a solution for it.
