Guest Lecture on Trends in Cyber Security

The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Industrial IOT, organized a Guest Lecture on the topic ‘Trends in Cyber Security’ on 23rd December 2023.The event was held at Seminar Hall 4. The expert speaker was Dr. Souvik Das, Director, Ernst& Young, Bangalore, India. He is alumnus of MVJCE from 1996 batch. From ECE department 95 students participated in the event.

The event started with blessings of Lord Ganesha. The invocation song sung by Ms. Supreetha, 5th semester student, Dhwani Club.

The anchors for the program, Ms. Amulya and Ms. Donna, 3rd year students of ECE, welcome the guest. The event was graced by Dr. Shrinivas Gombi, Dean Academics, MVJCE, Bangalore. Ms. Donna introduced the chief guest speaker, Mr. Souvik Das.

Mr. Souvik Das has completed his B.E. in, Electronics and Communication from Bangalore university. He worked as Support Engineer in Micro System Foundations from October 2001 to March 2004.
