CLUB ACTIVITY – ‘TECHUDBHAV’

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized SPARK club activity ‘TECHUDBHAV’, on 3^rd March 2020, at Rajalakshmi Seminar Hall. The event started at 1:30 pm. The 2^nd, 4^th and 6^th Semester students of EEE Department participated in this activity. 24 teams were formed, with 2 students in each team. The activity comprised of three rounds.

Round I: EX QUIZ ME

In the first round crossword puzzles with electrical termswere given to the participants. They had to solve it in 3 minutes. 10teams cleared this round.

Round II: RAPID FIRE

The teams who qualified from the first round had to answer 10 questions in 100seconds, in the second round. 5teams that secured maximum marks were shortlisted for the third round.

Round III: BUZZER ROUND

In this round, a memory game was organized for the shortlisted teams,and 3 teams qualified in this. They were given a waveform, which is a combined output of two circuits. Whoever identified the whole circuit and explainedits working, first,was declared as the winner.

OUTCOME OF THE EVENT:

The students participated enthusiastically, in the event. They were able to enhance their technical skills through this activity. It also provided valuable lessons in time management and team work.
