Requirements for joining M. Tech Program in Computer Science Engineering

Admission to the Post Graduate programme in Computer Science Engineering at MVJCE may be obtained through the Postgraduate Entrance examinations and selection process, or through the Management Admission process. For both these routes, the student must meet the following requirements:

The student must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Science and Engineering (or equivalent degree in the appropriate branch) with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
The student must have cleared any one of the following qualifying entrance exams:

The CSE students at MVJCE maintain a Chapter of the Computer Society of India (CSI). The Chapter organizes quizzes, guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and coding events.

Besides, the Computer Science department at MVJCE hosts a Club named NIC (Nova Innovative Compskey). This Club conducts technical events and hands-on workshops for all departments of MVJ College of Engineering. The Club helps in sharpening the technical skills of the students via several events and competitions, exposing students to new technologies. Events conducted by NIC give real time experience, as the students get to work on technology that is used in the Industry. The events have also improved the critical thinking of the participants. MVJCE has a well-equipped Central Library that boasts of a huge collection of journals, e-books and research papers, where the prospective Computer Science Engineers can acquire knowledge beyond the confines of their classroom. Students can also avail of the DELNET and NDL portal services.
