Skill Employability 2nd Season of E-Bike Challenge Powdered by Hero Electric organized by Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers – ISIE INDIA, Principal Industrial partner by Society of Manufactures of Electric Vehicles –SMEV.

Event Description:

ISIEINDIA & Hero Electric organized the Second season of Skill, Innovation & Employability Program where students from all over India participated in E-Bike challenge.

This event is entirely different from other Event’s where manufacturing of the vehicle & Retrofitting both are included. This event is entirely based on the Innovation on Drive train and other aspects (Specially defined by the Hero Electric).

The event was divided in two classes

Retrofitting Class – The Purpose of this segment of retrofitted bike to provide immense riding pleasure to the users without changing the bike essence. A light Weight Vehicle of this class will provide an ultimate eco-friendly and economical cruising experience to end users.

2. Self-Manufactured Class – The Purpose of this segment is to manufacture an Electric Motorbike which in future meets the commercial requirements that can help the society to incline towards the E-Mobility.

E-Bike Specification:

  • Li ion battery 72V, 30Ah
  • Hub motor 72V, 2000AW
  • Range 60-70km per charge which varies based on speed.
  • 3 mode run- top speed is 80km/h
  • Retrofit bike.

Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers & Hero Electric organized the Second season of the Skill, Innovation & Employability Program in Chandigarh University, Punjab from 24th December 2021 – 30th December 2021 where students from all over India participated in the E-Bike challenge.

We are delighted to inform you that MVJ College of Engineering students bagged four awards in different categories such as Best Design & Aesthetics, Best Hill Climb Test, Best Speed Limiter, Future Award. Additionally, they received a cash prize of INR 35,000.
