GUEST LECTURE on ‘Role of Mathematics in Artificial intelligence and Data Science’

The Guest speaker for this lecture was Prof. Kantha Rao, Principal Scientist,CSIR 4Pi, Bangalore. All the first-year students and faculty members attended the session. At this guest lecture, 700 Second-year students from various branches of Engineering were present.
The session started with an Invocation song by Second year student Aishwarya from AE department, Dr. Niranjanappa, Dean Research, MVJCE, welcomed the audience and the Guest Speaker.

He addressed the gathering about the importance and need of Mathematics in Artificial intelligence and Data science. He highlighted the requirement of Mathematics in Science as well as Technology. He concluded his talk by introducing the guest to the audience.
