The Department of Physics organized a Guest Lecture titled “Machine earning across Domains: From cosmic signals to environmental insights” on 13/12/2025 at 10:00 am in the M.V. Jayaraman Auditorium.
A guest lecture titled “Machine learning across Domains:From cosmic signals to environmental insights” was held at the M.V. Jayaraman Auditorium and was attended by ~340 students. The guest introduction was given by Prof. Kavitha. The talk was delivered by Dr Divita Saraogi, Scientist, Picarro
India, Bangalore. Dr Divita talked about the basics of data science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, and their role in tackling real-world challenges ranging from space exploration to environmental sustainability.
