MVJCE Invites applications for the positions of Leadership in Academics and Administration with Areas of Focus in Academics, Research and Innovation, Industry Relations, and Student Affairs
Dean:
- Ph D degree in the relevant field and First class in bachelor’s and master’s level in the relevant branch with a minimum of 25 years of teaching/ research /industrial experience of which at least 15 years should be at the level of Professor.
- They must have a track record of exemplary professional practice while serving in leadership positions and have a well-established, evidence-based reputation for superior accomplishments in their fields.

- At least 8 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals, should have at least 2 successful Ph. D. guided as Supervisor / Co-Supervisor as a Professor

- Expertise in Collection Development: resource identification and evaluation, subscription negotiation, content licensing, updating digital library and e-resources on time

- Must be responsible for the overall supervision of the library

Lab Instructor
- B.E. in the appropriate branch; or Diploma (3 years course ); or B.Sc in the appropriate branch.
- At least 5 years professional experience as Assistant Lab Instructor or professional experience as Technician in industry.

- Knowledge of computers and the appropriate tools relating to the respective laboratories.

Foreman/Programmer
- M.E /M. Tech fresher; or B.E. in the appropriate branch with two years or Diploma (3 Year course) in the appropriate branch.

- Post-Graduate, with prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar capacity in a reputed Institution, is desirable.

- Capable of independently drafting letters in English.

IQAC and NAAC Coordinator
- A Ph D holder with a good academic record, research and publication. Prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar capacity, in a reputed Institution, is desirable.
- Well versed with the procedures and preparation of Institutional Information for Quality Assessment (IIQ), Self-Study Report (SSR), Document Verification and
- Validation (DVV), Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and other reports and processes.
- Possess leadership capabilities, and should be able to evolve mechanisms and procedures for ensuring the timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
