The Department of Electronics and Communication (Advanced Communication Technology) is hosting a three-day workshop on Wireless Communication Systems from 25^th May 2026 to 27^th May 2026. The workshop provides a strong foundation in wireless and digital communication concepts, including system architecture, modulation techniques, and modern technologies like SDR. It combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience using a simulation tool – GNU Radio and hardware – DTRI SDR, enabling students to design, implement, and evaluate communication systems in real-world scenarios guided by industry experts Mr. Kiran C Marathe, Founder & CEO and Mr. Kushal H D, Engineer at Deshila Technology Research Institute- DTRI, Mysore.
