Malpractice Monitoring Committee

Terms of Reference:

  • To oversee and monitor the conduct of students during examinations.
  • To conduct enquiry /review on malpractice of students and suggest punishments for the same.
  • To take disciplinary action for academic malpractice.
  • To create awareness among students not to indulge in activities pertaining to malpractice.

Terms of Reference:

  • The GAC shall go through the results of each course and approve announcement with or without changes.
  • The GAC shall recommend for the moderation of the results if required.
  • The GAC will recommend changes without diluting the standard.
  • The recommended changes should be ratified by the Academic council.
  • The GAC shall go through the ‘I’ grade applications and ‘X’ Grade and recommend for the award of I grade, and X grade /reject the request.

Terms of Reference:

  • The Examination Board (EB) shall go through the guidelines regarding the Conduction of CIE and SEE Examination and suggest the changes if required.
  • The Examination Board shall monitor the implementation of university guidelines in conduction of examination, scheme wise.
  • The Examination Board shall approve the request for modifications suggested by the controller of the examination.

  • Assessing the effectiveness of teaching, evaluation. and the conduction of curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Terms of Reference:

  • Collect and compile list of equipment, computers and any other miscellaneous items required throughout the year by the office and by the different departments.
  • Invite quotes for the supply of items from the manufacturers, suppliers and dealers (Depending on the value of the items
  • Recommend the purchase of the items in case of valid tenders and also on the request of teaching or non-teaching staff
  • Verify the maintenance of the stock register for the different items
  • Periodic scrutiny of the different items within the Institution.
  • Ensuring proportionality, transparency, accountability, and fairness in the procurement process
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared prior to the PC meeting
  • Ensuring all necessary procurement procedures are properly followed, including any relevant donor procedures
  • Ensuring samples are available for review if relevant and are returned to all unsuccessful bidders

  • Shall be responsible for all digital payments of all financial transactions for the institution.
  • Shall make provisions to use any one of the flexible systems like banking cards, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Unified Payment Interface (UPI), mobile wallets, bank pre-paid cards, Point of Sale (PoS), internet banking, mobile banking, or the Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) app.
  • Shall be responsible to provide the necessary ICT facilities required for Teaching-Learning & Evaluation processes as well as Research.
