The department of Information Science and Engineering conducted an Add on Lecture titled Big Data Analytics on 30-08-2025 at 9:30 am to 11:30 am, in Sem inar Hall 3. 

The event was meticulously designed to transition participants from theoretical concepts of digital data to hands-on analysis and practical application. The structured curriculum covered core Big Data principles, the architectural specifics of Hadoop, MapReduce paradigms, and the components of the modern Hadoop ecosystem, like Spark and YARN. It also addressed advanced topics such as text analytics and customized analytical approaches, culminating in a clear understanding of Big Data’s computational challenges and emerging technologies.
