Department of Chemistry organised an insightful guest lecture on the topic “Polymers in Daily Life” on 16th December 2025. The session aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of polymers, their applications, and their impact on modern society.
The resource person for the lecture was Dr Muthulakshmi RTS, an eminent academician and researcher from Azim Premji University. Her expertise in polymer science and sustainable materials brought immense value to the session. The event was conducted in Dr M. V. Jayaraman Auditorium and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. The lecture commenced at 09:30 AM with a warm welcome address.
