Rahul B S, a third-year student from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, emerged victorious in the NASA Space Apps Challenge Hackathon hosted by Jain University on 4th and 5th October 2025.
This prestigious event was part of a global hackathon where over 300 participants across 80 teams harnessed NASA’s open data to develop innovative solutions for challenges in space exploration, Earth observation, artificial intelligence, and climate science.
