The Central Library remains open on all working days except on National and Gazette holidays.
MVJCE constantly upgrades its IT facilities in order to make learning more creative, innovative and informative. The entire campus is enabled with Wi-Fi facility with a bandwidth of 2Gbps.There are 95 extendable Wi-Fi access points placed in various places like Library, corridors, Labs, hostel, Canteen and open areas inside the campus. The Internet connection is controlled and regulated by using a UTM device with a SOPHOS- antivirus and Antispam data base. Students and staff are provided with user name and password. Only after they login using their username and password they are allowed to access internet.
Biometric attendance recorded from various biometric devices for employees are loaded to server in the internet center. All application servers are centralized and maintained in the data centre.
All departments have classrooms equipped with ICT facilities to enhance the teaching learning process. The computer labs of MVJCE are air-conditioned and provided with wifi and LAN facility. Labs are equipped with sufficient hardware and licensed software to run program specific curriculum and off program curriculum. Enough number of personal computers are available for the smooth conduction of the lab.
The entire campus is under cctv surveillance and the camera recordings are spooled on to the video storage.
Office 365, a cloud based E-mail, Calendaring and collaboration service, hosted by Microsoft is used as a fast, safe and reliable form of communication which operates effectively among the employees.
1240 desktops are provided to all the department labs with configurations of core i5 8GB, 500 GB SSD with LAN connectivity. 140 desktops are provided to faculties and support staffs with configurations of core i5 8GB, 500GB SSD are available to carry out academic and administrative work.
An internet center is functioning in the campus with 120 systems for the students. IT help desk is functioning in the campus for resolving the issues like hard ware trouble shooting, software installation, maintaining Biometric devices and network related issues.

MVJCE is ensuring disabled friendly physical infrastructure. The main entrances and exits clearly identifiable and easily accessible. And it can accommodate wheelchair users. Steps and ramps has hand railings and the entrance permitting access to a conveniently located lift.
Parking for people with disabilities is available near the building. This is easily accessible to cross-disability groups equally. Accessible indoor parking spaces are located close to the lift.The doors should be wide enough to accommodate wheelchair users and the space inside is sufficient for them. Appropriate heights control panels and the large buttons are embossed. Visual and audible signals indicating the arrival at different floors is available.
Stairs are easily accessible and identifiable. The minimum width of the stairs is wide enough and the landings have enough space at the top and bottom. Handrails provided for staircases.
Separate toilets are available for people with disabilities. They are clearly identifiable and accessible. The doors are wide enough and lockable from inside and releasable from outside. There is enough maneuvering space inside. All floor surfaces are slip resistant. Mirrors, flushing arrangements, dispensers mounted at appropriate heights.

The air-conditioned fitness centre at MVJCE is spread over 3500 sq. ft., and is comparable to any of the commercial fitness centres in the city. It offers the latest cardio and weight training equipment to its faculty and students. It also has dedicated shower and locker room facilities for both men and women.
City Union Bank has setup a branch inside the MVJCE Campus enabling financial transactions easy for students. It provides basic banking services such as ATM and payment services along with its regular banking facilities.

The Canteen at the campus serves delicious multi-cuisine vegetarian food. The menu includes South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. Additional Kiosk food stalls at cafeteria serves soft drinks, hot beverages, snacks and ice creams.
Medical Centre available in the campus provides basic medical care for the faculty, employees, and students. Stretchers, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and other supplies are available in case of any medical emergency.

Students Counselling Cell has been facilitating students to discuss their concerns pertaining to academics and personal challenges, enabling them meaningfully engage with the world.
The Counselling Cell continues to promote growth, awareness and life-skills among its students for their well-being. These include decision making, effective communication and adaptive modifications to their perceptual and behavioural repertoires.
