Our Mission

  • Professional Growth: To impart valuable technical education that will create industry-ready engineers with strong research outlook.
  • Skill Development: To train the bright minds for meeting future global challenges, by instilling a quest for modern technologies in the emerging area.
  • Research Culture: To create Centers of Excellence in the concerned field, with Industrial and Institutional collaborations.
  • Employment: To encourage and develop entrepreneurial skills among students, to generate new employment opportunities.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  • Professional Development: Graduates will have successful careers in various domains of VLSI design in associated industries or higher education and research.
  • Attitude towards Lifelong Learning: Graduates will have the ability and attitude to adapt to evolving technological changes and challenges.
  • Innovative Research: To include group work and team management skills to promote knowledge transfer leading to conceptualization and delivery of real time industry and society related projects with various complexities.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

  • Design proficiency: To design various methodologies in aspects of digital and analog VLSI circuits with reference to ASIC (full-custom, Semi-Custom) and FPGA.
  • Core Skill Sets: To gain proficiency in using industry-standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools such as CADENCE and AMD-Xilinx for the development of chips, including CMOS-ICs, IPs, and SoCs. They will also acquire the skills necessary to conduct pre- and post-silicon validation/testing by developing automated frameworks using Python and TCL
