The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized the Department Advisory Committee meeting on 24th June 2024, at seminar hall 5. The meeting started at 11.00am and concluded at 01.30 pm. The faculty of EEE department attended the meeting. The Meeting was presided by Dr. Shima Ramesh Maniyath, HoD, EEE, MVJCE.
The following external DAC members were present in the meeting.
- Dr. Parimala R V, Retired Professor and Head, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BNMIT, Bengalore (VTU Nominee).
- Dr. Srivani G, HoD, RVCE, Bangalore.
- Dr. Selvakumar R, ALUMNI, Bangalore.
Dr. Shima Ramesh Maniyath, HoD, EEE, MVJCE welcomed the DAC members and gave brief information related to College, Autonomy, and syllabus. Then she gave introduction about the department events, NPTEL courses taken by faculties and students, internship done by the students, certification courses completed by the students to reduce the gap between industry and academics and placements of the students.
