The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on “Process Design, prototyping and product design”. The session was organized on 22 nd June 2024, at Seminar Hall 6, from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm. 45 students of 4 th and 28 students of 6 th semester (total 73 students) and the faculty of the EEE department attended the event. The Guest Lecture was presided by Dr. Shrinivas L Gombi, Dean Academics, MVJCE and Dr. Shima Ramesh, HoD/EEE.
The event started at 10.00 am with the Welcome Speech and Guest Introduction. After this, the Guest Speaker Dr. Sandeep Kumar E, Lead AI Specialist, Bosch Global Software Technologies Pvt Ltd Bangalore, took over the session. He first explained about the process design methodology, emphasizing its importance in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. He gave Introduction to the prototyping process, highlighting its significance in product development and innovation.
