successfully organized VISHWA-2025, a one-day workshop on “Innovations for a Climate Resilient and Sustainable Future on Earth and Beyond” on the eve of National Science Day.
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru hosted its annual Open Day on March 1, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, inviting students, science enthusiasts, and the public to explore its campus and engage with various scientific and technological exhibits.

The quiz contest Algostats Unleashed was designed to challenge students with their programming, logical, and statistical skills. The event aimed to encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities among students. It consisted of two rounds, with students progressing based on their performance.
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an industrial visit to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Open Day in Bengaluru on March 1, 2025. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge research, interact with scientists, and witness live demonstrations of innovative experiments.
The guest lecture was conducted by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering for 4th and 6th semester Computer science students, on 27 February 2025, at Dr. M V Jayaraman Auditorium. The event was presided over by Dr. Ajayan K R (Principal, MVJCE), Dr. Asha Joseph (Dean School of Computer Science) and Dr. Kiran Babu T S (HOD/CSE). Dr. Neeta Trivedi was the Guest Speaker with Mr. Ashish Agarwal as Co-speaker.
