The campus at MVJCE is equipped with all the modern facilities and Labs that are required to shape talented Computer Science Engineers.
The Lab facilities at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering are extensively offered for the benefit of the students, and this will prepare them for a role in any top company, or for Teaching or Research. Labs are an important resource for facilitating academic development and for helping students gain hands-on experience of the concepts learnt. In these Industry-supported Labs, the students will be experimenting with a wide range of activities and tests, across semesters. We actively and unstintingly invest in the latest software and new learning facilities, as we strongly believe in providing our students with the right tools for designing and building extraordinary solutions.

More importantly, we provide our students with platforms where they can express themselves, and gain the confidence to present their creative ideas on a larger stage. The CSE students at MVJCE maintain a Chapter of the Computer Society of India (CSI). The Chapter organizes quizzes, guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and coding events.

Besides, the Computer Science department at MVJCE hosts a Club named NIC (Nova Innovative Compskey). This Club conducts technical events and hands-on workshops for all departments of MVJ College of Engineering. The Club helps in sharpening the technical skills of the students via several events and competitions, exposing students to new technologies. Events conducted by NIC give real time experience, as the students get to work on technology that is used in the Industry. The events have also improved the critical thinking of the participants. Some of the popular events conducted by this Club: GG (esports), Capture the flag 2.0, Tech Rush, Tech flag etc.
MVJCE has a well-equipped Central Library that boasts of a huge collection of journals, e-books and research papers, where the prospective Computer Science Engineers can acquire knowledge beyond the confines of their classroom. Students can also avail of the DELNET and NDL portal services. Apart from this, the Department also has several valuable research journals, books and magazines written by prominent authors in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, to keep the students up-to-date with the latest technological developments in the field.
