The Department Advisory Committee (DAC) Meeting of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Allied Branches was successfully conducted on 24th January 2026. The meeting was organised with the objective of reviewing the academic progress of the department, evaluating the autonomous syllabus, discussing the 2025 scheme, and formulating an action plan for the upcoming semester. The meeting was graced by esteemed DAC members from academia and industry, namely Sri. C. Murali, Distinguished Fellow and Former Vice President of IETE, New Delhi; Mr. Sangeeth Kumar, IoT Lead at Motherson Technology Services; and Mr. Ashok N. G., Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft and Dr. Thyagi Tanjavur,Professor, BMSIT.
