The Department of IIOT organised a one-day industrial visit to Exhibition Hall, URSC, Bangalore, on August 29, 2025, for the 5th and 7th semester students. A BMTC bus was used for transportation. A total of 49 students from the 5th and 7th semesters of the IIOT Department visited the organisation, accompanied by faculty members Dr.Subhradip Mukherjee and Ms Shyamala. The Exhibition Hall at URSC (U R Rao Satellite Centre) in Bangalore serves as a leading venue for showcasing India’s progress in space technology and satellite systems. Founded by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), this centre is crucial for developing satellite systems used in various fields, such as communication, remote sensing, and navigation.
