SRISHTI Club : Code Cracking and Technical Presentation

SRISHTI Club, a Club under the Department of Civil Engineering,
MVJCE, organized an event ‘Code Cracking and Technical
Presentation’, on 12 August, 2021. The main objective of this
event was to encourage students to look beyond their textual
knowledge and establish a relationship between the theories and
application of the concept learnt, by inter-relating Indian Standard
Codes like IRC 37, 48, 58, IS 456, IS 800, 1605, 8009, SP 19 etc. The
event was conducted on the Microsoft Teams platform.

Its Never Too Late

We started the meeting at 5:30 pm sharp and introduced the guests. Our TMOD TM Saurabh (SDMCET TMC) came up with an interesting and motivating theme ‘It’s never too late’. He gave his set of examples and explained the meeting structure. Our speakers gave their speeches, not exceeding the time limit – they also stood up while delivering their speeches, and this added flavour to the segment.
