The Department of Chemical Engineering organised a one-day Workshop on CO2 Sequestration on 22-09-2025 at 10:00AM, in Seminar Hall 1.
The program began at 10:00 AM with a welcome address by Ms. Tejaswini, a VII semester Chemical Engineering student, followed by a keynote address by Mr. Ma- hesh Thimmiah, Director, Environmental Management and Policy Research Institute (EMPRI) The presentation covered key areas such as scientific, technological and policy aspects of CO2 management, providing deep insights into the subject matter. The participants showed great interest, with active participation during in- teractive segments and Q&A rounds.
