Two-day Workshop on ‘Convergence of IoT and big data’ was organized by the ECE and IIOT Department 5th and 6th March 2024. The Workshop received an overwhelming response, with 69 participants. The work shop was an amalgamation of lecture sessions and demonstration of the IoT Components.

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an Add on lecture on “Electricity Transmission and Distribution System”. The session was organized on 3rd July 2024. The event was from 1:30 pm to 3:15 pm. 49 students of 4th semester and the faculty of EEE department attended the event. The Event was presided by Dr. Shima Ramesh Maniyath, HOD, EEE, MVJCE. The session was handled by Mr. G. Sivaraj, Consultant- Hydro Engineers and Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore.
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an Add on Lecture on “Sustainable Industrial Growth and Renewable Energy Sources”. The session was organized on 3rd July 2024, in Seminar Hall 4, from 09.30 am to 10.30 am. 61 students of 6th semester open elective and the faculty of the EEE department attended the event.
